How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it charge the client's card automatically?
No. WebRun never initiates a charge. It drafts the reminder email for your review and includes payment instructions or a Stripe link so the client can pay at their own action.
What if the client paid outside of Stripe?
If the payment is recorded in Perfect Venue as paid, the booking is skipped. For payments made by check or bank transfer, mark the deposit as received in Perfect Venue and the booking will be excluded from the next run.
Can it send escalating reminders for very overdue deposits?
Yes. You can set a second, firmer message template to be drafted for deposits more than a week overdue, keeping the tone appropriate to how long the client has been unresponsive.
