In short

How do I send follow-up care instructions to urgent care patients after their visit?

WebRun opens Experity every morning, pulls all visits completed the prior day, and drafts a follow-up care instruction message for each patient via Twilio. Every draft is held for staff review before sending, and the full patient list is logged to Google Sheets so your team can track outreach status at a glance.

  • Every discharged patient gets a reviewed care instruction message the next morning
  • Staff review all drafts before any message reaches a patient
  • Google Sheets gives the team a running log of outreach status for every visit

Questions, answered

Will WebRun send messages to patients automatically?

No. WebRun drafts each care instruction message and holds it for staff review. No message is ever sent until a staff member approves it. This applies to every patient contact in this workflow.

How does it handle protected health information?

WebRun keeps all patient details within your approved systems and does not transmit protected health information to external services without explicit staff approval. Draft messages are reviewed before release.

What happens if a patient does not have a mobile number on file?

WebRun flags those patients in the Google Sheet as missing contact info so staff can follow up by another method. They are not silently skipped.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
