In short

How do I get a weekly summary of my trailer lot inventory?

Every Friday afternoon, WebRun pulls the complete trailer inventory from EverLogic, groups it by category and age, and logs the snapshot to a tracking sheet alongside floorplan balance and week over week movement. It then sends the owner a Telegram summary, so the full lot position is known before the weekend without pulling a manual report.

  • Ownership sees the full lot position every Friday without requesting a report
  • Category and floorplan trends are visible week over week
  • The lot snapshot is ready before the weekend, not Monday morning

Questions, answered

Does it double count units that don't sell?

No. Each week's snapshot replaces the prior count for that unit rather than stacking, and the sheet's week over week column shows only the actual change in units and floorplan balance.

Can I see the breakdown by trailer type?

Yes. Every unit is grouped into utility, cargo, flatbed, or other, so the summary and the underlying sheet both show counts and floorplan balance per category.

What if I want the report on a different day?

The schedule can be set to any day and time you prefer. Friday afternoon is the default so ownership has a clean snapshot before the weekend.
