Questions, answered
What cost components does it include in the landed cost comparison?
It captures freight, duty and tariff charges, port and terminal fees, brokerage fees, and any other surcharges recorded in Flexport's landed cost module, matching the components you track in your plan.
Can we set different variance thresholds for different product categories?
Yes. The Google Sheets plan tab supports per-category thresholds. WebRun reads the threshold for each SKU or product category and applies the correct tolerance when flagging outliers.
Does it update the plan automatically if costs change?
No. Plan targets are maintained by your finance or procurement team in Google Sheets. WebRun reads the targets each run and compares them to Flexport actuals, but it does not modify the plan without human input.
