Questions, answered

Can it break down capacity by individual departure time rather than just tour type?

Yes. Configure the report to group by tour name and start time, and the Google Sheet will show fill rates per slot so you can see which departure times are consistently underbooked.

Does it track revenue net of OTA commissions?

The default report uses gross revenue from Peek Pro. To show net revenue, upload your OTA commission rates to the Google Sheet and the workflow will calculate a net column alongside gross.

Can it flag tours that are consistently underselling so I can take action?

Yes. Tours with a fill rate below your configured threshold are highlighted in the Google Sheet and called out in the Slack summary, giving you a clear weekly prompt to adjust pricing or run a promotion.

Put this on autopilot.
