Automated Supervision Hours Tracking
Every Monday, WebRun opens TherapyNotes, tallies each associate clinician's client-contact and supervision hours from last week, updates a Google Sheet that tracks the running total against their licensure target, and posts a private Slack summary per associate and supervisor so no one quietly falls behind on hours.
How do I track associate clinicians' supervision hours toward licensure?
Every Monday, WebRun opens TherapyNotes and tallies each associate clinician's client-contact and supervision hours from last week. It updates a Google Sheet that tracks the running total against their licensure target, then posts each associate and their supervisor a private Slack summary with hours this week and the gap remaining, so no one falls behind.
- Every associate's hours total stays current week to week
- Anyone tracking behind their deadline is flagged early
- Supervisors and associates share one clear view of progress
Built for clinical supervisors · group practice owners · pre-licensed associates · practice managers

Questions, answered
Is this internal only?
Yes. WebRun only updates your tracker sheet and posts a private Slack summary to each associate and their supervisor. It never messages clients and never reports hours to a licensing board. It simply keeps your team's running totals current.
Does it count hours correctly toward licensure?
It tallies client-contact and logged supervision hours from TherapyNotes and keeps direct and indirect hours separate against the target you set. Supervisors still review and sign off the official count, so WebRun supports the tally rather than certifying it.
Does it read clinical information?
No. WebRun counts appointment hours and supervision sessions only. It never opens a session note or any clinical content, and the Slack summary carries hours, totals, and the remaining gap only, no client detail.
