WaveRez Automated Lesson Confirmations

Whenever a new surf lesson is booked in WaveRez, WebRun reads the lesson type, date, meeting spot, and any gear the student rented, drafts a warm confirmation email with a tailored what-to-bring checklist in Gmail, leaves it unsent for your review, and posts a note to Slack.

In short

How do I automatically confirm surf lessons with a what-to-bring list?

When a surf lesson is booked in WaveRez, WebRun reads the lesson type, meeting spot, and rented gear, then drafts a warm confirmation email in Gmail with a tailored what-to-bring checklist. It leaves the email unsent for your review and posts a heads-up to Slack, so every guest gets clear prep instructions.

  • Every booking gets a clear confirmation and prep list before the lesson
  • First-timers arrive on time with the right gear and less confusion
  • Front desk approves a ready draft instead of writing each email from scratch

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it email guests without my approval?

No. WebRun writes the confirmation and leaves it as a draft in Gmail. You read it and hit send yourself, so nothing reaches a guest until a human approves it.

How does it know what to put on the what-to-bring list?

It reads the lesson type and the gear the guest rented in WaveRez. If they already rented a wetsuit, it leaves that off the list, so the checklist matches what each guest actually needs.

Does it work for every lesson type?

Yes. It reads the specific lesson booked in WaveRez, so a private beginner lesson and a group session each get a confirmation and checklist suited to that booking.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
