In short

How do I automatically calculate supplier OTIF scores from Cin7 purchase order data each month?

WebRun reads all Cin7 purchase orders closed in the past 90 days on the first Monday of each month, calculates on-time and in-full delivery rates per supplier, and writes a ranked OTIF scorecard to Google Sheets. A Slack summary flags any supplier below 90 percent so your procurement team knows exactly who to call before the next order is placed.

  • Supplier OTIF scores calculated and ranked monthly with zero manual analysis
  • Underperforming suppliers flagged in Slack before the next order is raised
  • Procurement decisions backed by 90-day on-time and in-full data per supplier

Questions, answered

Will it automatically contact underperforming suppliers?

No. WebRun posts the OTIF scorecard to Google Sheets and flags underperformers in Slack for your procurement team to review. Any supplier outreach is a human decision so no message goes to a supplier without your approval.

How is the combined OTIF score calculated?

WebRun multiplies the on-time delivery rate by the in-full fulfillment rate to produce the combined OTIF score. A supplier who delivers on time but short ships still scores below 100 percent.

Can it compare this month's OTIF to the previous month?

Yes. Configure WebRun to keep a rolling history in the Google Sheet. Each month's results are added as a new row so you can track trend over time and see whether supplier performance is improving or declining.
