In short

How can I automatically ask vacation rental guests for reviews after checkout?

Every morning, WebRun opens Guesty, finds every guest who checked out the day before, and drafts a warm, personal review request in Gmail for each one. You approve the drafts before they send. Every outreach is logged in Google Sheets so you can track your review response rate over time.

  • Every checkout is followed up with a review request, not just the ones you remember
  • Consistent outreach leads to more reviews and a higher average rating
  • A running Sheets tracker shows your review response rate at a glance

Questions, answered

Will it send the review request to guests automatically without my approval?

No. WebRun drafts each review request in Gmail and leaves it unsent. You review and send, so no guest is contacted without your approval.

How does it know where to link the guest to leave a review?

It reads the booking source from Guesty and includes the appropriate Airbnb, Vrbo, or direct-booking review link. You can also supply a custom link during setup.

What if a guest had a poor experience and I do not want to ask for a review?

Because every draft sits in Gmail for your approval, you simply delete the draft for any guest you prefer not to contact. Nothing goes out without your say-so.

Put this on autopilot.
