Chase mill test reports before they hold up your submittal

Every morning, WebRun opens Tekla PowerFab, checks the material receiving log for any heat number still missing a mill test report, drafts a request email to the mill or service center in Gmail and holds it for your QC manager to review, and keeps a Google Sheet tracking which heat numbers still need a report for the submittal package.

In short

How do I chase missing mill test reports before they hold up a submittal package?

WebRun checks Tekla PowerFab's material receiving log every morning for heat numbers with no mill test report on file, drafts a request email to the mill or service center in Gmail, and leaves it unsent for your QC manager to review. It also keeps a Google Sheet tracking every heat number's status, so nothing missing surfaces for the first time at submittal deadline.

  • Missing mill test reports get caught days after receiving, not at submittal deadline
  • Every heat number has a visible status instead of a scattered email trail
  • Supplier requests are ready to send, not written from scratch each time

Questions, answered

Will it email the mill or service center without my QC manager seeing it?

No. Every request is left as a Gmail draft. Your QC manager reviews the heat numbers listed and sends it themselves, nothing goes out on its own.

How does it match a mill test report to a heat number?

It reads the heat numbers logged against material received in Tekla PowerFab and checks them against reports already on file, so only genuine gaps get flagged.

What if the mill already sent the report by a different email address?

Mark it received in the Google Sheet tracker and it won't be requested again. WebRun only flags what it can't already see logged as received.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
