Automated Guard Tour Missed Check-in Alerts
Every 15 minutes, WebRun opens Silvertrac and checks each active post for overdue checkpoint scans or missed check-ins. Any post behind schedule triggers an immediate supervisor alert in Slack or Telegram so your team can investigate and respond before a client complaint arrives.
How can I get automatic alerts when a guard misses a check-in or tour?
WebRun checks Silvertrac every 15 minutes for overdue guard checkpoint scans across all active posts. When a post misses its tour window, WebRun immediately posts a supervisor alert to Slack with the site, officer, and minutes overdue, and sends a Telegram backup for posts missed by more than 30 minutes.
- Supervisors alerted to missed tours within 15 minutes of the overdue threshold
- Critical missed posts escalated via Telegram as a backup channel
- Client complaints pre-empted by internal response before the issue surfaces externally
Built for security operations supervisors · private security companies · contract security firms · on-call security managers

Questions, answered
Will it contact the officer directly?
No. WebRun only alerts your internal supervisor channels in Slack and Telegram. Contacting the officer is a human decision left to your supervisor.
How does it know when a check-in is overdue?
It reads each post's scheduled tour interval from Silvertrac and compares it against the timestamp of the last recorded checkpoint scan, flagging any gap that exceeds your threshold.
What if the officer checks in after the alert fires?
On the next run it reads the live activity data from Silvertrac, so posts that are now current are skipped and no further alerts are sent.
Put this on autopilot.
