Questions, answered
Does it notify customers that their order is ready to ship?
No. The dispatch digest is for your internal fulfillment team only. Any customer shipping notifications are handled separately and always reviewed by a human before sending.
What if a job shows as ready to ship but is not actually finished?
The dispatch list only pulls from the statuses you configure as production-complete in Printavo. If a job is on the list, it is because Printavo shows that exact status. Update the job status in Printavo to correct any discrepancy.
Can the team mark jobs off as dispatched from inside the Google Sheet?
Yes. The sheet includes a Dispatched column the team fills in as jobs go out. The next morning's run skips any job already marked dispatched so the list stays clean.
