In short

How do I automatically reorder camp store supplies when stock runs low?

WebRun opens Newbook every morning and checks the camp store inventory for any item at or below its reorder threshold. It drafts a consolidated purchase order to each supplier in Gmail and posts a Slack alert listing every low-stock item, so you can approve and send reorders before a shelf runs dry and guests go without.

  • Low-stock items are flagged and a purchase order drafted before the shelf is empty
  • Staff skip the manual morning inventory walk for reorder checks
  • Suppliers receive grouped orders, not a flurry of one-item emails

Built for RV park operators · campground store managers · outdoor hospitality owners

Questions, answered

Will it send purchase orders to suppliers automatically?

No. Every purchase order is saved as a Gmail draft for your review. Nothing is sent to a supplier until you approve and send it yourself.

How do I set reorder thresholds and supplier contacts in Newbook?

Configure the reorder threshold and supplier email against each product in the Newbook inventory or POS section. WebRun reads those fields on every run to decide what to reorder and who to contact.

What if an item has no supplier email configured in Newbook?

WebRun flags that item separately in the Slack alert so you can add the supplier contact in Newbook and trigger a reorder manually.

Put this on autopilot.
