In short

How do I track stalled roofing insurance claims and supplements automatically?

WebRun scans AccuLynx every morning for insurance claims with no status update in three or more business days, logs every stalled file to a Google Sheet, and posts your supplement team a Slack digest sorted by days outstanding, so no claim sits forgotten and every adjuster call gets made on time.

  • No insurance claim sits stalled for more than 3 days without a team alert
  • Supplement staff open Slack each morning to a prioritized call list
  • Every claim's history is logged and searchable in Google Sheets

Questions, answered

Does it contact the insurance adjuster automatically?

No. WebRun only flags stalled claims internally and posts the list to your Slack channel. All adjuster outreach stays with your supplement team to review and initiate.

What counts as a stalled claim?

By default, any claim with no AccuLynx status change in 3 or more business days. You can tell WebRun your preferred threshold (2 days, 5 days, etc.) and it adjusts.

What if a claim moves right after the morning run?

The next morning's run reads the live status in AccuLynx and updates the Google Sheet accordingly. Claims that moved are removed from the stalled list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
