Where do I set the minimum par for each origin?
You enter the par weights in the Google Sheet that WebRun reads each morning. Add a row per origin with the lot name and your minimum threshold. WebRun picks up any changes automatically on the next run.
Will it contact the supplier to reorder automatically?
No. The SMS alert is for your buying team's awareness only. Placing a purchase order with a supplier is always a human decision so you stay in control of every buying commitment.
What if a lot is below par every day until the reorder arrives?
It sends an alert every morning until the lot is back above par. If you want to silence repeat alerts for a lot already on order, add a note in the Google Sheet and WebRun will skip that lot until the note is cleared.
