In short

How do I automatically schedule refurbishment work orders from my daily return inspections?

WebRun opens ReverseLogix every morning, pulls returns graded refurbish-eligible from yesterday's inspections, creates a work order event on the repair team's shared Google Calendar for each unit or batch, and posts the job list to Slack. Refurbish-eligible units get onto the repair schedule within hours of inspection, not days later.

  • Refurbish-eligible units reach the repair schedule within hours of inspection
  • Repair team starts each shift with a calendar and Slack job list already prepared
  • No refurbish-eligible unit sits idle because it was not manually assigned to a work order

Questions, answered

Will it change the grade or disposition in ReverseLogix?

No. WebRun reads the grades your inspection team already assigned in ReverseLogix. It never changes a grade or disposition record.

What if the repair team's calendar is already full for the next slot?

WebRun creates the calendar event in the next available slot it finds. If the calendar is blocked, it schedules for the following day and flags the delay in the Slack post so the team is aware.

Can it batch multiple units of the same SKU into one work order?

Yes. Configure a batching threshold during setup (for example, more than three units of the same SKU) and WebRun creates a single batch event instead of one event per unit.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
