Route plan document approvals to the right person every time
Every morning, WebRun opens ftwilliam.com, finds plan documents that have moved to the ready-for-approval stage, looks up the assigned approver in PensionPro, prepares a DocuSign envelope with the document and the correct signer fields, and pings the approver in Slack with a direct link to review and sign.

How can I automatically route retirement plan documents for approval and signature?
WebRun checks ftwilliam.com every morning for plan documents at the approval stage, looks up the assigned approver in PensionPro, and stages a DocuSign draft envelope with the correct signer fields. It then sends the approver a direct Slack message with the document details and the DocuSign link, so approvals never sit waiting in a queue.
- Documents at the approval stage routed to the correct reviewer every morning
- DocuSign envelopes staged with the right signer fields - no manual envelope creation
- Dual sign-off plans handled automatically based on PensionPro routing rules

How is each run configured?
Secure by default
Connect once, stays signed in
WebRun signs in once and keeps each session in a persistent environment, so every run picks up right where it left off.
Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Does it send the DocuSign envelope to the plan sponsor automatically?
No. The DocuSign envelope is saved as a draft. The approver receives a Slack link, reviews the document, and initiates the send themselves. Nothing goes to the sponsor without human sign-off.
Can it handle plans that require dual sign-off?
Yes. WebRun reads the routing rule from PensionPro for each plan and adds a second signature field to the DocuSign envelope when dual approval is required.
What happens if a document is returned for revisions?
If the approver declines the DocuSign envelope with a reason, the decline is noted in the Slack channel so the preparing staff member knows to revise and resubmit in ftwilliam.com.
