Have your warehouse team ready before the first truck leaves

Every morning, WebRun opens EZRentOut and pulls all orders being picked up or delivered today, organizes the items into a prioritized pull and prep list by order and pickup time, logs it to a Google Sheets warehouse sheet, and posts a summary to your team in Slack so staging starts immediately.

In short

How do I automatically build a daily warehouse pull and prep sheet for rental orders?

WebRun opens EZRentOut every morning, pulls all items needed for today's pickups and deliveries, and builds a prioritized pull and prep sheet in Google Sheets sorted by order timing. It then posts your warehouse team a Slack brief with total item count and first pickup time, so staging starts the moment the crew walks in.

  • Warehouse team has a complete pull sheet before the first crew arrives
  • Items with special prep requirements flagged before staging begins
  • Manual pull sheet assembly eliminated every morning

Questions, answered

Does it notify customers about their pickup times automatically?

No. WebRun only builds the internal warehouse pull sheet and posts to your team's Slack channel. Any customer-facing notifications are handled separately.

What if a customer adds items to their order after the sheet is built?

The pull sheet reflects EZRentOut at the time of the morning run. For late additions, your team can update the sheet directly or request a fresh run before staging begins.

Can it handle multiple warehouse locations or crews?

Yes. If you segment orders by location or crew in EZRentOut, WebRun can generate a separate sheet section and Slack notification for each location or crew group.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
