In short

How do I automatically follow up on overdue equipment rentals?

WebRun opens EZRentOut every morning, finds every order past its return date, and drafts a polite reminder in Gmail for each renter. It then posts your team a ranked Slack list of what is still out and how many days late, so overdue gear gets chased before it becomes a loss.

  • Overdue gear gets a reminder drafted before the day starts
  • Staff see a ranked recovery list in Slack every morning
  • Returned equipment is skipped automatically from live order status

Built for equipment rental businesses · party rental companies · tool rental shops · heavy equipment rental

Questions, answered

Will it send reminder emails to renters automatically?

No. WebRun drafts every reminder in Gmail and leaves it for a staff member to review and send. No email goes out without a human approving it first.

How does it decide which orders are overdue?

It reads the live order status in EZRentOut each morning and flags any order whose scheduled return date has passed. Renters reminded in the last 48 hours are skipped to avoid duplicate messages.

What if a renter has already returned the equipment?

WebRun reads the live status in EZRentOut on each run, so any order marked returned is automatically skipped and will not appear on the list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
