No. WebRun only reports utilization rates and flags underperformers. Your team decides whether to reprice, run a promotion, or retire an asset.
How is utilization calculated?
WebRun calculates each asset's utilization as the number of days it was out on rental over the past 30 days, divided by the total available days in that period, expressed as a percentage.
Can I change the utilization threshold that triggers a flag?
Yes. The default target threshold is 40%. You can set a different target when configuring the workflow, and the report will flag assets below whichever threshold you choose.
