In short

How do I survey candidates about their interview experience automatically?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Lever, finds candidates who recently finished your interview process, and drafts a short candidate-experience NPS survey email for each in Gmail. Every draft is left unsent for a recruiter to review and send, and the send list is logged to a Google Sheet, so you measure candidate experience without anything going out unapproved.

  • Every finished candidate gets a survey draft, ready to send in one click
  • Candidate-experience NPS gets measured every week, not never
  • Nothing reaches a candidate without a recruiter approving it

Questions, answered

Will it email candidates the survey on its own?

No. WebRun only drafts each candidate-experience survey email and leaves it unsent in Gmail. A recruiter reviews every draft and chooses to send it, so nothing reaches a candidate without a human approving it first.

What does the survey email say?

A short, friendly note thanking the candidate for their time, your single NPS question (how likely they are to recommend interviewing here), and a survey link. Give WebRun a tone or an example and it matches your voice.

How does it avoid surveying the same person twice?

It logs every surveyed candidate to a Google Sheet and skips anyone already on the list or marked do-not-contact in Lever, so candidates only get one experience survey per process.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
