In short

How do I spot and recognize my top spending Qashier customers?

WebRun ranks your top spending customers every month. It totals each Treats member's spend in Qashier over the past 90 days, logs the full leaderboard to a Google Sheet, and posts the top 10 to Slack with a suggested personal thank you note for each, so loyal customers get noticed before a competitor notices them first.

  • Top spenders surfaced every month without combing through transactions
  • A ready thank you note drafted for each top spender to personalize
  • Full ranked history kept in Sheets so loyalty trends are easy to see

Built for Qashier merchants with Treats loyalty · cafe and restaurant owners · boutique retail owners · customer experience managers

Questions, answered

Does it contact my top spenders directly?

No. It only suggests a short thank you note inside the Slack summary. The owner decides whether and how to reach out, WebRun never messages the customer itself.

How far back does it look for spend?

The past 90 days by default, so the leaderboard reflects recent loyal customers rather than a single big order from months ago. Tell WebRun a different window and it will use that instead.

Can I see the full ranking, not just the top 10?

Yes. The Google Sheet logs every ranked member each month, the Slack summary just highlights the top 10 for quick action.

Put this on autopilot.
