Will it publish posts immediately without my approval?
No. It only sets posts to 'Scheduled' in WordPress - they go live at the time you set. Anything incomplete is flagged and skipped entirely until you fix it.
What if a post isn't ready yet but is in the calendar?
WebRun checks for required fields. Any post missing a body, featured image, or meta description is marked 'Needs Attention' in Notion and reported in Slack - it will not be queued.
Can it handle multiple posts in one day?
Yes. It processes every post scheduled for today in one run, queuing each one and reporting them all in a single Slack message.
