Automated Implant Restoration Phase Digest

Every morning, WebRun opens XLDent, reviews active implant restoration cases, works out which have finished their current phase and are ready for the next, logs each to a Google Sheets phase board, and posts the clinical team a Microsoft Teams digest so nothing waits between healing, impression, and delivery.

In short

How do I automatically track implant restoration phases and handoffs?

WebRun opens XLDent every morning and reviews your active implant restoration cases. It works out which have finished their current phase and are ready for impressions, abutment, or delivery, logs each to a Google Sheets phase board, and posts the clinical team a Microsoft Teams digest, so no implant case stalls between healing, impression, and final delivery.

  • No implant case waits unnoticed between healing, impression, and delivery
  • The clinical team opens Microsoft Teams to a ready-for-next-step list every morning
  • Stalled cases surface fast so a clinician can intervene the same day

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.xldent.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
XLDent - review implant restoration cases
    • Open XLDent and review patients with active implant restoration treatment plans
    • Capture the patient, current phase, and the date the phase started or the healing period began
    • Work out which cases have reached the point of moving to impressions, abutment, or final delivery

Done when Every active implant restoration case has its current phase and next step identified.

  3. 2
Google Sheets - update the phase board
    google.com
WebRun in Google Sheets: update the phase board
WebRun opens Google Sheets to update the implant phase board.
    • Open the Implant Phase Board sheet
    • Update each case's row with its current phase, next step, and days elapsed, without creating duplicates
    • Group rows by next phase and mark cases whose healing window has passed as ready to progress

Done when The phase board reflects every active case's current phase and readiness for the next step.

  4. 3
Microsoft Teams - post the phase-ready digest
    microsoft.com
WebRun in Microsoft Teams: post the phase-ready digest
WebRun opens Microsoft Teams to post the implant phase-ready digest.
    • Post a daily digest to the clinical Microsoft Teams channel grouping cases by their next phase
    • Highlight cases whose healing window has elapsed and are ready to progress
    • Note any case stalled in one phase longer than expected and link the phase board for detail

Done when The clinical team has a Microsoft Teams digest of which implant cases are ready for their next phase.

Questions, answered

Does it message patients about their implant phase?

No. WebRun only updates an internal Google Sheets phase board and posts an internal Microsoft Teams digest to your team. Any patient contact about the next phase is handled by your staff after they review the digest.

Is any of this shared outside the practice?

No. The phase board lives in your internal Google Sheet and the digest posts to your private Microsoft Teams channel. Patient details stay inside the practice and are never shared with an outside recipient.

How does it know a case is ready to progress?

It reads each case's current phase and the date it started in XLDent, then compares the elapsed healing or waiting time against the expected window to flag cases ready for the next step.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
