Questions, answered
Does the Telegram digest include customer data or private job details?
No. The digest contains only aggregate figures: total revenue, job count, average job value, and per-technician totals. No customer names, addresses, or personal information are included.
What if some jobs were completed but not yet invoiced?
WebRun includes all jobs with a Completed or Invoiced status in Workiz. Jobs still marked as In Progress are excluded and will appear in the next run once they are updated.
Can it compare today's revenue to a weekly or monthly goal?
Yes. Provide your daily or monthly revenue target during setup and WebRun will include a goal-vs-actual line in the Telegram digest each evening.
