In short

How do I stay on top of Pruvan QC photo rejections before the deadline?

Every morning, WebRun opens Pruvan and finds every photo the client's QC review has rejected. It reads the rejection reason and resubmission deadline for each, then posts your team a Slack list ranked by the closest deadline, naming the property and the contractor, so a reshoot gets scheduled before the resubmission window closes.

  • Rejected photos surface every morning with the reason attached
  • Reshoots get ranked by the closest deadline, not first come first served
  • Nothing needs a manual pass through the QC rejection log

Questions, answered

Does it schedule the reshoot?

No. WebRun posts an internal Slack reminder so your team can schedule it. It does not book a contractor visit or contact the client on its own.

How does it know why a photo was rejected?

It reads the rejection reason your client's QC review logs against the photo in Pruvan, so the reminder tells the team exactly what to fix, not just that something failed.

What if the deadline already passed?

It still lists the rejection but ranks it at the top, so an already-late reshoot gets the most attention, not the least.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
