In short

How do I send clients a weekly status update on open Pruvan work orders?

Every Monday, WebRun opens Pruvan and reads the status of your oldest and highest-priority open work orders, including the current stage, any blockers, and the expected completion date. It drafts a plain-language status update summarizing all of it for the client, then leaves the email unsent in Gmail so a person reviews it before anything goes out.

  • Clients get a proactive weekly update instead of asking for one
  • Every draft reflects what is actually logged in Pruvan, nothing guessed
  • No client email sends without a person reviewing it first

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

    • Leave the email unsent in Gmail for your review. Never send a client update on its own

Done when A reviewable client status update draft sits in Gmail.

Questions, answered

Will it email the client without me?

No. WebRun always leaves the status update as a draft in Gmail. A person reviews and sends it. It never emails a client on its own.

What counts as a priority order?

Any work order still open more than 10 days, or one you have marked high priority in Pruvan. Both get included in the draft automatically.

Could it overpromise a completion date?

No. It only reports the expected completion date already logged in Pruvan. It does not estimate or guess a date that is not on file.

Put this on autopilot.
