Questions, answered
What if the patient name in DocuSign doesn't exactly match the EHR?
WebRun flags the mismatch in Slack as an exception so staff can match and file the document manually — it never guesses on a patient match.
Does it handle multiple consent forms per patient?
Yes. Each completed envelope is filed as a separate document with a dated label, so the patient's record shows the full consent history.
Will it overwrite an existing consent document?
No. It uploads the new file alongside any existing documents — it does not replace or delete anything already in the record.
