Automated PrismHR Quarterly Filing Tracking
Before every quarterly tax filing deadline, WebRun opens PrismHR, lists every federal and state payroll tax filing due for the quarter, logs the checklist and confirmation numbers to a Google Sheet as filings complete, and pings your compliance team on Telegram with what is still outstanding.
How do I track quarterly payroll tax filing deadlines across every client?
Before every quarterly tax filing deadline, WebRun lists each federal and state payroll tax filing due in PrismHR, then logs the jurisdiction, due date, and confirmation number to a Google Sheet as filings complete. It pings your compliance team on Telegram with what is still outstanding and flags anything within 5 days of due, so no quarterly filing is missed.
- Every quarterly filing is tracked from due date to confirmation number
- Filings inside 5 days get flagged before they become late
- Compliance teams get a clear all filed confirmation each quarter

Questions, answered
Does it file anything with the tax agency itself?
No. WebRun only reads filing status from PrismHR and tracks it in a Google Sheet. Your compliance team files and submits every return themselves, WebRun just keeps the checklist current.
How does it know a filing was actually submitted?
It reads the filing status recorded in PrismHR each time it checks, so the tracker only marks a filing complete once PrismHR shows it as submitted, not before.
What counts as urgent on the checklist?
Any filing within 5 days of its due date and still not submitted is marked urgent and named directly in the Telegram alert, so it cannot get lost among filings that are not yet due.
