No. WebRun only drafts each reminder in Gmail and leaves it unsent. A person on your team reads it and clicks send, so nothing reaches a supervisor without approval first.

How does it avoid reminding someone twice in one night?

It skips anyone already reminded during that night's run, so each supervisor gets one clear nudge per check rather than repeated messages.

What if an employee submits a timesheet right after the check runs?

The next run rereads live PrismHR status, so anyone who has since submitted is dropped from the list automatically.
