Automated PrismHR Missing Timesheet Alerts

Every night during the payroll week, WebRun opens PrismHR, checks which worksite employees have not submitted a timesheet, drafts a reminder to each one's supervisor in Gmail, leaves every draft unsent for you, and pings your payroll specialist on Telegram with the shortlist before cutoff.

In short

How do I chase worksite employees for missing timesheets before payroll runs?

Every night during the payroll week, WebRun checks PrismHR for worksite employees who still have not submitted a timesheet, drafts a reminder naming the employee and the cutoff for each supervisor in Gmail, and leaves every draft unsent for review. It then pings your payroll specialist on Telegram with tonight's shortlist, so missing hours get caught before payroll runs.

  • Missing timesheets get caught the same night, not at cutoff
  • Supervisors get a ready to send reminder naming the exact employee
  • Payroll specialists open Telegram to a live shortlist every night

Questions, answered

Will it email employees or supervisors without me?

No. WebRun only drafts each reminder in Gmail and leaves it unsent. A person on your team reads it and clicks send, so nothing reaches a supervisor without approval first.

How does it avoid reminding someone twice in one night?

It skips anyone already reminded during that night's run, so each supervisor gets one clear nudge per check rather than repeated messages.

What if an employee submits a timesheet right after the check runs?

The next run rereads live PrismHR status, so anyone who has since submitted is dropped from the list automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
