In short

How can a pediatric practice automate well-child and immunization recall reminders?

WebRun opens Office Practicum every morning, identifies patients due for a well-child visit or immunization within 30 days, and drafts a personalized reminder for each family. Every draft is logged in Google Sheets and staged in Twilio for your care coordinator to review and approve before any message is sent.

  • Families get timely recall reminders without staff manually identifying each due patient
  • Immunization compliance rates improve with consistent follow-up outreach
  • Every draft is reviewed before sending, keeping the practice in control of patient communication

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it send text messages to families without approval?

No. Every SMS is staged as a draft in Twilio and must be reviewed and released by your care coordinator before any message reaches a family.

How does it know which vaccines are due?

It reads the recall and immunization schedule data already in Office Practicum, including VacLogic forecasting data, to determine which patients are due for each visit type.

What if the family already booked an appointment?

It checks for existing scheduled appointments in Office Practicum each morning and skips any patient who already has one booked, so families are not reminded unnecessarily.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
