Automated Payroll Relief Approval Reminders

Every morning, WebRun opens Payroll Relief, checks every client batch that is calculated and waiting on approval, flags any batch closing in on that client's submission cutoff, drafts a polite reminder in Gmail to the client's payroll contact, and posts your processing team a Slack list of who still has not approved.

In short

How do I get clients to approve their payroll batch before the submission cutoff?

WebRun checks Payroll Relief every morning for client batches still waiting on approval, flags the ones closing in on their submission cutoff, and drafts a Gmail reminder to each client's payroll contact naming the batch total and deadline. It also posts your processing team a Slack list of who still has not approved, so no client batch misses its cutoff.

  • No client batch misses its submission cutoff without a same day Slack flag
  • Reminders are drafted and ready before your team has to ask
  • Approved batches are skipped automatically from live Payroll Relief status

Questions, answered

Will it email clients without me?

No. WebRun only drafts the reminder in Gmail. You review the batch total and cutoff time and send it yourself, nothing goes to a client automatically.

How does it know which batches are urgent?

It reads each client's specific submission cutoff in Payroll Relief and puts any batch inside its final 24 hours at the top of the Slack list, so the most time sensitive approvals get seen first.

What happens once a client approves?

It reads the live batch status in Payroll Relief each morning, so any batch that already moved to Approved is skipped and never gets a duplicate reminder.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
