Automated Missing Exit Scan Alerts

Every few minutes, WebRun opens Engage Mobilize, finds hauls that recorded a GPS geofence site entry but no matching exit scan after a reasonable on-site time, and sends dispatch a Telegram alert with the truck, driver, lease, and how long it has been on site, so no load is left open or a truck stranded on a lease.

In short

How do I get alerted when a haul is missing its site exit scan?

Every few minutes, WebRun opens Engage Mobilize, finds hauls that logged a GPS geofence site entry but no exit scan past the expected on-site window, and reads the truck, driver, lease, and time on site. It sends dispatch a Telegram alert sorted longest-open first, so a truck is never left unaccounted for and no load stays open by mistake.

  • Stuck hauls surface within minutes, not at shift end
  • Dispatch is alerted once per open haul, not repeatedly
  • No truck is left unaccounted for on a lease overnight

Step by step

What does WebRun do on every run?

The exact actions WebRun takes, in order - in plain language, so you can adjust anything.

  1. WebRun signs in and gets to work

Opens www.engagemobilize.com in a real browser with your saved login - no setup, no API keys.

  2. 1
Engage Mobilize - find entries with no exit scan
    engagemobilize.com
WebRun in Engage Mobilize: find entries with no exit scan
WebRun finds hauls with a site entry but no geofence exit scan.
    • Open Engage Mobilize and list hauls currently marked on site
    • For each, check whether a GPS geofence exit scan was recorded within the expected on-site window
    • Flag hauls with a site entry but no exit scan past that window, and read the truck, driver, lease, and entry time
    • Skip hauls already flagged and still open so dispatch is not pinged twice for the same load

Done when Every haul with a site entry and no exit scan past the window is identified with its details.

  3. 2
Telegram - alert dispatch on stuck hauls
    telegram.org
WebRun in Telegram: alert dispatch on stuck hauls
WebRun alerts dispatch on hauls missing an exit scan via Telegram.
    • Send dispatch a Telegram alert for each flagged haul with the truck, driver, lease, and time on site
    • Sort the alerts so the longest-open hauls appear first
    • Note whether the load is still showing active so dispatch can call the driver to confirm status

Done when Dispatch has a Telegram alert for every haul missing an exit scan, longest-open first.

Questions, answered

How long does it wait before alerting?

It waits past the expected on-site window you set for that lease or job type, then alerts dispatch. A short stop that finishes normally never triggers an alert, so dispatch only hears about hauls that are genuinely overdue to leave.

Will dispatch get pinged repeatedly for the same haul?

No. WebRun tracks hauls it has already flagged and still open, so dispatch is alerted once per stuck haul rather than every few minutes until the exit scan lands.

Does this message drivers?

No. The Telegram alert goes only to your internal dispatch channel. WebRun never messages a driver directly, so your team decides whether to call the driver and confirm the load status.
