Which ETA does it compare against: the original booking ETA or the most recent revised ETA?
It captures both and records the deviation from the original booking ETA as the performance benchmark, since that is the commitment made at booking. The revised ETA at departure is also logged for context.
Can I filter the report to specific trade lanes or carriers?
Yes. When you set up the automation, you specify which carriers and lanes to include. The Google Sheets scorecard is also filterable once populated.
How many weeks of data does the scorecard retain?
The sheet appends every week's arrivals indefinitely, so trailing averages can be calculated over any period. You can archive older rows or add a separate archive sheet as the dataset grows.
