In short

How do I automatically generate a weekly trip volume report for my NEMT operation?

WebRun pulls the prior week's completed trip data from NEMT Cloud Dispatch every Monday, calculates volume metrics by driver and broker, and logs everything in Google Sheets. A concise performance report with trip counts, no-show rates, and week-over-week trends is posted to Slack so management starts the week informed.

  • Management sees last week's trip volume, no-show rate, and top drivers every Monday morning
  • Historical metrics build up automatically in Google Sheets week by week
  • No manual export or spreadsheet work is needed to produce the report

Built for NEMT managers · paratransit operations directors · medical transport fleet owners

Questions, answered

Does it send anything to drivers or brokers?

No. The weekly report is entirely internal, posted only to the management Slack channel and logged in Google Sheets. No data goes to drivers or brokers.

Can it break down metrics by individual broker?

Yes. WebRun reads broker attribution from NEMT Cloud Dispatch and includes a per-broker trip count and no-show rate in both the Slack report and the Google Sheet.

How far back does the historical data go?

Each weekly run appends a new row to the Google Sheet, so the historical record grows week by week from the day you set it up. Prior periods are only included if that data exists in NEMT Cloud Dispatch.
