In short

How do I get automatic low-stock reorder alerts for my music store?

Every morning, WebRun opens RAIN POS, identifies every SKU at or below its reorder threshold, and writes a prioritized list to Google Sheets showing current quantity, preferred supplier, and suggested order quantity. Your buyer reviews the sheet and places orders, so stock gaps are caught before they become lost sales.

  • Stock gaps caught each morning before the store opens
  • Buyer has a prioritized list ready without opening the POS manually
  • Duplicate reorder requests avoided by cross-checking pending orders

Questions, answered

Will it automatically place the supplier order?

No. WebRun writes the reorder list to Google Sheets for your buyer to review. Placing orders with suppliers requires human approval and is never done automatically.

How do I set my reorder threshold?

Reorder points are set inside RAIN POS per SKU. WebRun reads those existing thresholds, so no extra configuration is needed.

Can it track items already on a pending order?

Yes. WebRun checks the sheet for items already flagged in an earlier run and marks them to avoid duplicate reorder requests.
