In short

How do I automatically follow up with trial lesson families to improve enrolment?

Every morning, WebRun reviews completed trial lessons in Opus1.io that have not yet received a follow-up, drafts a personalised enrolment invitation in Gmail for each family, and posts a Slack summary for your team to review. No email is sent until approved, so every warm lead gets a timely, personal reply.

  • Every trial family hears back within 48 hours while interest is still high
  • No prospective student is forgotten after their first lesson
  • Follow-ups are personalised to the teacher, student, and instrument

Questions, answered

Will it email trial families without my approval?

No. Each follow-up is saved as a Gmail draft and nothing is sent until you review and approve in Gmail. The Slack prompt simply reminds you the drafts are ready.

Can I customise the tone or enrolment offer in the email?

Yes. Give WebRun a template or tone guide and it will match your studio voice, including any introductory pricing or promotions you want to mention.

What if a trial student already enrolled?

WebRun checks Opus1.io for enrolment status each run, so students who have already booked regular lessons are excluded from the follow-up batch.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
