- Open each domain in your watchlist and check the TLS certificate's expiry date
- Look up the domain's WHOIS record and read the registration expiry date
- Categorise each: expired (red), expiring ≤ 7 days (orange), expiring ≤ 30 days (yellow), healthy (green)
Done when Every domain has a status category and an exact expiry date recorded.

It flags anything expiring within 30 days, with a separate urgent category for anything within 7 days - enough time to renew without rushing.
Can it renew certificates automatically?
No. Certificate renewal touches infrastructure and requires a human action. WebRun gives you the early warning; you do the renewal.
