Automated ManageAmerica Work Order Digest
Every night, WebRun opens ManageAmerica, pulls every open and recently closed work order, drafts a short completion text through Twilio for residents whose work order closed that day, and posts your maintenance team a Slack digest of what's open, what's overdue, and what got finished.
How do I get a daily digest of manufactured housing work order status?
WebRun pulls every open, overdue, and newly closed work order from ManageAmerica each night, drafts a short completion text through Twilio for residents whose work finished that day, and posts your maintenance team a Slack digest with overdue items called out first. Every resident text stays a draft until your office reviews and sends it.
- Maintenance team opens Slack to a full status digest every night
- Overdue work orders get called out instead of aging silently
- Residents get a same day completion text once your office approves it
Built for manufactured housing maintenance teams · MHC property managers · mobile home park operators · community maintenance supervisors

Every action is checked against this policy before it runs.
Questions, answered
Will it text residents that their work order is complete without review?
No. WebRun drafts the completion text in Twilio and queues it for your office to review. Nothing sends to a resident until a human approves it.
How does it decide a work order is overdue?
By default anything open more than 5 business days is flagged overdue and listed first in the Slack digest. That threshold can be changed in your run settings.
Does it reassign or close work orders itself?
No. It only reads the current status from ManageAmerica and reports it. Assigning technicians and closing work orders stays with your maintenance team.
