Automatic Raw Material Reorder Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens MRPeasy, reads the stock of raw materials against their reorder point, lists the ones at or below it with how many days of cover remain, updates a running watchlist in a Google Sheet, and posts the at-risk materials to your Slack channel.

In short

How do I get a daily reorder-point alert for raw materials?

Every morning, WebRun opens MRPeasy and reads raw-material stock against each reorder point, listing the ones at or below it with how many days of cover remain. It keeps a running watchlist in a Google Sheet and posts the at-risk materials to Slack, so your team sees what is about to run short before it stops a build.

  • At-risk materials surface every morning
  • Days of cover ranks what runs out first
  • A running watchlist shows cover trending down

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it order materials or message a vendor?

No. WebRun only flags raw materials at or below their reorder point and posts the watchlist. Placing an order or contacting a vendor stays with your purchasing team, so nothing is bought on its own.

How does it know a material is at risk?

It reads each raw material's on-hand quantity and reorder point in MRPeasy, then estimates days of cover from average daily usage and flags anything at or below the reorder point.

How is this different from a one-off shortage report?

WebRun keeps a running watchlist in Google Sheets, so a material that hovers near its reorder point day after day stays visible, and you can see how cover is trending instead of seeing a single snapshot.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
