Catch expiring lots before they are written off
Every Monday, WebRun opens Accolent ERP, scans every lot for its expiration date, flags anything expiring within 90 days, logs each one to a Google Sheet with quantity and warehouse location, and posts your warehouse team a ranked Slack alert so slow moving stock gets sold, transferred, or rotated before it expires.

How do I catch expiring medical and dental inventory before it is written off?
WebRun scans Accolent ERP every Monday for every lot approaching its expiration date, flags anything expiring within 90 days, and logs it to a Google Sheet with quantity and warehouse location. It then posts your warehouse team a ranked Slack alert, so slow moving stock gets sold, transferred, or rotated before it is written off.
- Expiring lots are caught every Monday, weeks before they become a writeoff
- Warehouse teams open Slack to a list ranked by days remaining, soonest first
- Sold through lots drop off the list automatically from live Accolent ERP data

Questions, answered
Will WebRun discard or write off expiring inventory on its own?
No. WebRun only flags expiring lots in a tracker and a Slack alert. Deciding whether to discount, transfer, or write off any lot is left entirely to your team.
How far ahead does it flag expiring lots?
It flags anything expiring within 90 days by default, with separate urgency tiers at 30 and 60 days shown in the Slack summary. That window can be adjusted.
What if a lot sells out before it expires?
It reads live Accolent ERP quantities every Monday, so any lot that has sold through or already been cleared drops off the list automatically.
