Automated symplr FPPE Trigger Alerts

Every morning, WebRun opens symplr, checks for any newly triggered FPPE review and any open case with a monitoring period ending within 14 days, logs each case to a Google Sheets tracker, and emails your quality and peer review team an internal alert.

In short

How do I automatically track FPPE triggers and monitoring deadlines?

WebRun checks symplr every morning for newly triggered FPPE reviews, whether opened for a new provider or a performance concern, and for monitoring periods ending within 14 days. It logs each case to a Google Sheets tracker with its trigger reason and deadline, then emails your quality and peer review team an internal alert so nothing runs out unmonitored.

  • No FPPE monitoring period runs out unnoticed because every case is checked every morning
  • The quality team gets a daily alert naming exactly which case needs attention next
  • New provider FPPE reviews and concern triggered reviews are tracked side by side in one sheet

Built for quality and peer review teams · medical staff office coordinators · department chairs · credentials committees

What does WebRun do on every run?

Questions, answered

Does it decide whether a case needs FPPE?

No. It only reads FPPE cases already triggered and logged in symplr, whether opened for a new provider or a performance concern. Deciding to open a focused review stays a clinical and committee decision.

Will it contact the provider under review?

No. The alert goes only to your internal quality and peer review team. WebRun never contacts a provider directly about an open FPPE case.

How soon before a monitoring period ends does it alert the team?

By default, 14 days before the monitoring period closes, giving the team time to complete the case review. That window can be adjusted to your bylaws.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
