Automated Med Spa Review Requests After Visits
Every morning, WebRun opens Boulevard, finds clients who completed a treatment yesterday, drafts a warm review request for each, and posts the queue to Slack for your team to approve before sending, so you build your online reputation consistently without chasing reviews manually.
How do I automatically request reviews from med spa clients after their treatment?
WebRun checks Boulevard every morning for clients who completed a treatment the previous day, drafts a personalized review request for each eligible client in Gmail, and posts the queue to Slack for team approval. Clients with complaints are excluded automatically, and no message is sent until your team approves it.
- Every eligible client is prompted for a review within 24 hours of their treatment, when the experience is fresh
- Clients with complaints are filtered out automatically so the clinic never requests a review from an unhappy patient
- VIP clients are flagged for a personally signed message rather than a standard draft
Built for med spas · aesthetic clinics · cosmetic dermatology offices · injectables and laser practices

Will it send review requests to clients without my team checking them first?
No. Every review request is saved as a Gmail draft for your team to review and approve. Nothing is sent to a client until a staff member confirms the message is appropriate to send.
What if a client had a complaint or a follow-up concern after their treatment?
WebRun checks appointment notes in Boulevard and skips any client whose visit was flagged with a complaint or a concern. Those clients are excluded from the review request queue automatically.
How often will a client receive a review request?
Each client is only included in the review request queue once per 90-day period, regardless of how many visits they have. The frequency limit is checked against Boulevard records each run.
