Does it ever contact my customers directly?
No. WebRun only reads order data from GoPrep and posts an internal summary to your kitchen team in Slack. It never emails or messages a customer on its own.
What if an order changes after the sheet is posted?
It reads the live order list in GoPrep each Monday, so any late add or cancellation is reflected the next run. Same-day changes should still be flagged to the kitchen directly.
Can it handle substitutions and add-ons?
Yes. It captures any substitution or add-on attached to an order and lists it next to the meal on the production sheet, so the kitchen sees the exception, not just the base count.
