Automated GoPrep Order Cutoff Reminders

Every Tuesday afternoon, WebRun opens GoPrep, finds customers who have not placed an order ahead of this week's cutoff, drafts a personal reminder email for each in Gmail, and posts your customer team a Slack list of who still needs to order before the window closes.

In short

How do I automatically remind customers before my meal-prep order cutoff closes?

WebRun checks GoPrep every Tuesday for active customers who have not placed an order ahead of this week's cutoff, then drafts a short reminder email for each in Gmail, noting the cutoff time and their usual plan. It posts your customer team a Slack list of who still needs to order, so no order is missed once the window closes.

  • Customers who forgot to order get a drafted reminder before the cutoff, not after
  • Every reminder is reviewed by a human before it sends
  • Customers who already ordered drop off the list automatically

Good to know

Questions, answered

Will it email customers without my approval?

No. WebRun only drafts the cutoff reminder in Gmail. Your team reviews and sends each one, nothing goes out on its own.

How does it know who has not ordered?

It compares your active customer list against this week's placed orders in GoPrep, so only customers genuinely missing an order get a reminder drafted.

What if a customer orders right after the reminder is drafted?

It checks the live order status in GoPrep on the next run, so anyone who has since ordered is removed from the list automatically.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
