Draft renewal offers for merchants approaching payoff

Every Monday, WebRun opens Centrex, finds active advances where the remaining balance is below your renewal threshold, drafts a personalised renewal offer using the merchant's current advance terms, prepares a DocuSign envelope for the offer document, and posts a Slack list of queued renewals for your team to review before anything is sent.

In short

How do I automatically prepare renewal offers for merchants near MCA payoff?

WebRun scans Centrex every Monday for advances near their payoff balance, prepares a personalised renewal offer envelope in DocuSign for each qualifying merchant, and posts the full queue to Slack for team review. No offer reaches a merchant until your team approves and sends it.

  • Renewal opportunities are identified and drafted every Monday without manual prospecting
  • Merchants with strong payment history are flagged as high-priority in the queue
  • No offer goes out without a team member reviewing and approving it first

Questions, answered

Will it send renewal offers to merchants without my approval?

No. Every renewal offer is saved as a DocuSign draft and listed in Slack for your team to review. Nothing is sent to a merchant until a team member approves and triggers the envelope.

How does it set the renewal advance amount?

It uses the merchant's original advance amount and payment history from Centrex as a starting point. Your team reviews and adjusts the proposed amount in DocuSign before sending.

What if a merchant already requested a renewal this week?

Any advance already in a renewal or pending status in Centrex is excluded from the queue automatically, so you will not send duplicate offers.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
