No. Every reminder is drafted and left unsent in Gmail. A front-desk team member reviews and approves before anything is sent to students.
What if a student cancels their spot after the reminders are drafted?
Because drafts require staff review before sending, cancellations that come in after drafting can be caught at review time. WebRun reads live enrollment each morning, so same-day cancellations before the draft run are automatically excluded.
Can it remind students for multiple classes in the same day?
Yes. WebRun pulls the full daily schedule from Spark Membership and creates a draft for each student enrolled in any class that day, organized by class so the review is quick.
