Automated LoanPro Maturity Reminders

Every Monday, WebRun opens LoanPro, finds every loan maturing in the next 60 days, logs each one to a Google Sheet with the balance and days remaining, and drafts a maturity notice in Gmail explaining the renewal or payoff options, left for staff to review and send.

In short

How do I get advance notice of loans approaching maturity?

Every Monday, WebRun opens LoanPro to find loans maturing in the next 60 days, logs each one to a Google Sheet with the balance and days remaining, and drafts a maturity notice in Gmail with renewal or payoff options. Every notice waits as a draft for staff to review and send, so borrowers get notice with a human signing off.

  • Loans get flagged 60 days before maturity, not the week of
  • Every borrower notice is drafted and personalized before a human sends it
  • Already renewed or paid loans drop off the queue automatically

Questions, answered

Does it send the maturity notice to the borrower directly?

No. The notice is always left as a Gmail draft. A staff member checks the terms and deadline and sends it themselves, so nothing goes out on its own.

How far ahead does it flag a maturing loan?

It reads live maturity dates from LoanPro every Monday and includes any active loan maturing within the next 60 days, giving staff two months of lead time.

What if a borrower already renewed or paid off?

It reads the loan's current status in LoanPro each run, so a loan already renewed, paid off, or closed does not appear in that week's queue.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
