Escalate delinquent loans to the right collector before they age further

Every morning, WebRun opens LoanPro, pulls every loan past due, sorts each into its delinquency bucket (1 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, or 90 plus days), builds a worklist in Google Sheets with the assigned collector, and posts each collector their accounts in Slack so escalation happens the same day a loan crosses into a new bucket.

In short

How do I automatically escalate delinquent loans to the right collector each day?

Every morning, WebRun opens LoanPro, sorts every past-due loan into its delinquency bucket from 1 to 30 days through 90 plus, and builds a worklist in Google Sheets with the balance and assigned collector. It posts each collector their accounts in Slack, flagging newly escalated loans first, so nothing sits untouched while a human still makes every call.

  • Newly escalated loans are flagged the same morning they move buckets
  • Every collector opens Slack to only their assigned accounts
  • The worklist reflects LoanPro's live status, not a stale export

Good to know

Questions, answered

Does it contact delinquent borrowers directly?

No. WebRun only builds the worklist and routes it to the right collector in Slack. Every borrower contact is still made by your collections staff.

How are loans assigned to a bucket?

It reads each loan's current days-past-due status directly from LoanPro every morning and sorts it into the 1 to 30, 31 to 60, 61 to 90, or 90 plus bucket, so buckets always reflect that day's live status.

How do I know which accounts are new escalations?

It compares each loan's bucket to the prior day's worklist and flags any loan that moved to a more severe bucket overnight, putting those accounts at the top of the collector's list.

Put this on autopilot.

Turn it on in minutes - or have our team set it up for you.
