Will it send purchase orders to distributors on its own?
No. WebRun drafts the PO in Google Sheets and notifies your buyer in Slack. Nothing is sent to a distributor until your buyer reviews and approves it.
How does it know when a product needs reordering?
It reads the reorder threshold you configure in City Hive. Any SKU at or below that quantity appears in the draft. You can adjust thresholds per product at any time.
What if some items are already on order?
You can flag those SKUs as pending in your City Hive settings or the Sheets log, and WebRun will skip them on the next run so your buyer is not shown duplicates.
